Terms of service

Last updated 25 September 2026

These terms are a working draft while our legal wording is finalised. The final version will replace this page.

1. About Getting Wed

Getting Wed is a marketplace where couples share real weddings, tag the suppliers who made them, and discover and book suppliers through those weddings.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Booking through Getting Wed

If you find a supplier through Getting Wed — on a real wedding, a tagged photo, a recommendation or a search — any booking or payment that comes from that introduction must be made through Getting Wed, not arranged directly to go around the platform.

This applies to couples and to suppliers. It is how the couples who shared their weddings are rewarded and how the platform is paid for.

The final clause will set out how long this applies after an introduction and what happens if it is not followed.

4. Photos and content you share

You may only share photos you have the right to share. If you are not sure, you can ask the photographer through Getting Wed, and the photos stay hidden until they agree.

You keep ownership of what you share and give Getting Wed permission to show it on the platform.

5. Getting Wed Credit

You earn Getting Wed Credit each time another couple books, through Getting Wed, a supplier you tagged on your wedding, under the rules shown in your account.

The final clause will set out how credit can be used on Getting Wed and when it is paid out.

6. For suppliers

Suppliers are responsible for the services they provide and for the accuracy of their profile, prices and availability.

7. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
